Achievements
Achievements are badges you earn by reaching milestones on Chaster. They track your progress as a wearer, keyholder, and community member.
Where achievements appear
Your achievements are displayed on your profile overview in the sidebar. Up to three earned achievements are shown directly. If you have more, click the count to open a modal with the full list.
Achievements are sorted with earned badges first. Some achievements are hidden until you earn them, so you may not see all possible badges in the list.
Achievement categories
Wearer achievements
Wearer achievements reward your lock activity:
- Cumulative time milestones: earn badges for reaching 1 day, 7 days, and 30 days of total locked time across all your sessions.
- Single session milestones: earn badges for staying locked 1 day, 7 days, and 30 days in a single continuous session.
- First lock started: earned when you start your first lock session.
- First lock completed: earned when you complete your first lock session.
- Event participation: earned by participating in community events like Locktober.
- Event completion: earned by staying locked for the entire duration of a community event.
Keyholder achievements
Keyholder achievements reward your activity managing locks for others:
- First lock as keyholder: earned when you create a shared lock and lock your first wearer.
- Event keyholder: earned by keeping a wearer locked during the entirety of a community event.
Chaster achievements
Chaster achievements are tied to the platform itself:
- Early member: earned if you joined Chaster before March 2024. This badge is hidden for users who do not qualify.
- Challenge winners: earned by winning community challenge events.
Progress tracking
Some achievements show a progress bar indicating how close you are to earning them. For example, the "Seven days locked" achievement shows how many of the required 7 days of cumulative locked time you have completed so far.
Progress updates automatically as your statistics change.
Achievements and statistics reset
If you reset your statistics, your wearer achievements are recalculated based on the new start date. Time-based achievements you previously earned may be revoked if your post-reset stats no longer meet the required thresholds.
For example, if you had 30 days of total locked time and reset your statistics, the cumulative time milestones are recalculated from the reset date. If your post-reset locked time is only 5 days, you would lose the 7-day and 30-day cumulative badges until you reach those thresholds again.
Event-based achievements (like Locktober participation) are not affected by statistics reset.
